With the impressive flat-four engine that’s built into the 2024 Subaru WRX, it is claimed to have a 0-to-60 mph time of 5.5 seconds. Some tests have revealed that it is shorter, at 4.8 seconds. What many tests have shown is that its high-powered counterpart, the WRX STI, has no problem getting a 0-to-60 mph time in the four-second range.

The base model of the 2024 Subaru WRX is rated at 19 mpg city, 26 mpg highway, and 22 mpg combined. These are reasonable numbers for a performance-oriented car.
